Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

How to Return:

Please return the item to the address provided by us. Before returning, you must contact us at info@talesofrebels.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Important:

• Returns must be sent directly to the provided address. We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers, pick-up points, or any other addresses.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, holidays, or other unforeseen events affecting shipping times.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including:

• Intact labels and tags

• Original packaging

• No signs of wear, use, or damage

• No odors, including perfumes, smoke, or other scents

• All accessories, manuals, and freebies included

• Items that are altered, washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

• Returns of final sale, personalized, or custom-made items are not accepted.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is used for the return and that the item is properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
